Heed caught up with Pop Afro-Norwegian BREAKOUT stars, Nico and Vinz, hours before their benefit performance at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City. It’s all about the group’s musical evolution in their recently released “Cornerstone” EP.

The guys went to the Ivory Coast a few weeks ago with the International Rescue Committee (Albert Einstein’s humanitarian organization focused on women’s health, empowerment, education and livelihoods who provide relief with over 40 companies in philanthropic relief). The event was IRC’s Freedom Award Dinner, where they honor outstanding individuals assisting or within the organization, in particular the head of Master Card. Nico & Vinz will be performed (2) songs for a room of 850 movers and shakers in the business, finance and entertainment world. John Legend, Joshua Redmna, Carlos Canela, Danielle Denise and others have done it in the past.
