Yuke’s and THQ’s new WWE ’12 wrestling game has scrapped the old Raw vs. Smackdown game engine and added a number of new gameplay elements and control schemes. These changes are meant to make it not only a more accurate and ‘realistic’ WWE experience, but also an easier pick up and play experience that awards both flair and skill.
To tantilize all of the millions and millions of Dwayne Johnson’s fans out there, anyone who pre-orders the game recieves The Rock as a playable character. More than likely he will be available to those who don’t pre-order as well but as DLC that you’ll have to pay for.
