343 Industries is doing an excellent job at increasing gamer’s affinity for Halo 4 news. In a recent blog, the developers revealed details of the content that will be provided in the Limited Edition version of Halo 4. As a result, we get an interesting chunk of information about the planned multiplayer experience as ‘specializations’ and ‘customizations’ are mentioned as bonus content. Apparently, E3 will be the forum where this feature will be expanded upon.
IGN.com reports that a Special Ops mode will have story based episodic adventures that will be free releases on a weekly basis over Xbox Live. These missions will be co-op enabled and seem to be an interesting way for 343 to expand on the story or simply keep our collective noses open wide for quite some time after the game’s release on Nov. 6th, 2012.
